Glowxis collects only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and (optionally) your email.

How we use your information

• To confirm and deliver your order, including sharing your address and phone number with the courier company that carries your parcel.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your order status.
• To improve our store — order statistics are analysed in aggregate, never sold.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never charge you online — Glowxis is Cash on Delivery; no card or wallet details are collected at checkout.

Want your data removed after your order is complete? Message us on WhatsApp and we will delete your details from our records.
