7-day easy returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How it works

• Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Keep the product in its original box with the unused pads and packaging.
• We will arrange the return pickup or share the return address with you.
• Once the parcel reaches us and is checked, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note

• Used pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — only the unused portion of the box is eligible.
• A parcel refused at the door without a valid reason may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.

Something wrong with your order — damaged box, wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
