Terms of service

By placing an order on Glowxis you agree to the following terms:

• Orders: placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm every order on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
• Prices: all prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include free delivery. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay the rider.
• Payment: Cash on Delivery. Please have the amount ready when the parcel arrives.
• Product: KINOKI foot pads are a wellness product for external use only. Read the usage instructions on the box. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Do not use on broken skin; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Returns: covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
• Repeated refusals: customers who repeatedly refuse delivered parcels may be limited to advance-payment orders.
